Keep your whole community in tune.
We build mobile apps that connect parents with the organisations their kids love — starting with Encorefy.app, for school bands.
Less chasing. More music.
Encorefy.app is our first product: a band management app that keeps parents, students and organisers on the same page.
Parents in the loop
Announcements, replies and reminders in one place — no more lost emails or group-chat chaos.
Schedules that stick
Rehearsals, concerts and trips with RSVPs and calendar sync for every family.
Run it like a system
Rosters, instruments, uniforms, volunteers and tasks — organised, not scattered.
One platform. Many stages.
Bands are just the opening act. The same foundation is coming to more youth organisations.

About Everlio
Everlio Pty Ltd is an Australian software company building mobile and web apps for youth organisations and the families around them.
We started where we saw the problem first-hand: school band programs run on volunteer time, scattered emails and group chats. Encorefy.app brings communication and organisation into one place, and the same platform will grow to support dance and sports schools.
